Moodhouse (“we,” “us”) collects and uses your information only to book, confirm, and manage your appointments. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What We Collect

When you book an appointment, join the standby list, or send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and any notes you provide. If you pay online, your payment is processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and confirm appointments, send confirmations and reminders by email and text, process deposits and payments, and follow up if you join our standby list. If you provide a phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related texts; every text includes instructions to reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each of whom only receives the information needed to do their job: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and a text-messaging provider (SMS delivery). We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your Booking Link

Confirmation emails include a private link to manage your own appointment (reschedule, cancel, or view details). Treat it like a password — anyone with the link can use it.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet any tax or accounting requirements. If you’d like to see what information we have on file, or would like it deleted, email us and we’ll take care of it.
